Members of the Forum Jeunesse Estrie, whether individuals or representatives from an organization, must meet the following requirements:

• Be 15 to 35 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a permanent resident of the Estrie region;
• Be available and motivated to contribute to the development of youth in the Estrie;
• Be conscious of the realities of the 15-35 age group;
• Demonstrate leadership qualities;
• Be active in his/her area or sector of activity;
• Be comfortable expressing him/herself;
• Possess strong team-work skills.

If your organization participates in the Forum Jeunesse Estrie, what will be the benefits to you?

• Join a network of partners who work together to increase the presence of youth in our society;
• Collaborate and/or participate in conferences, activities or other thematic events organized by the Forum Jeunesse and, through your participation, create links with other partners;
• Receive visibility for your organization on the Forum’s website;
• Receive the members’ newsletter and be informed of events, activities and other information pertinent to youth, both from the region and from elsewhere;
• Have the possibility to announce initiatives, activities or events;
• The representative from your organization can participate in the Annual General Meeting and could be elected to the Forum Jeunesse Estrie’s Board of Directors;

*Please note that the Forum Jeunesse Estrie does not accept applications from any person occupying a political position (be it at the municipal, provincial or federal levels), regardless of whether or not they were elected.
